Terri Senesac Miller has long been recognized as one of the nation’s foremost business immigration practitioners.  Prior to co-founding Miller Immigration Law LLP, she served as managing attorney of The Miller Law Offices – ranked among the top immigration law firms in the United States by U.S. News and World Report – for over thirty years.  She also served the legacy U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) at district offices in Boston, Los Angeles, and New York, at its central office in Washington, D.C., and at the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines.  During her tenure with INS, she was honored with the Department of Justice’s Special Achievement Award and its Outstanding Performance Award.

Ms. Miller has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the field of immigration law for each of the last eighteen years, and was named one of the 2017 “Lawyers of the Year” in immigration law by Best Lawyers Business Edition.  Together with Charles M. Miller, Ms. Miller has also received the Jack Wasserman Memorial Award from the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Miller holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Vermont. 

She is admitted to practice in California, and has been a certified specialist in immigration and nationality law by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California since 1996.
