Miller Immigration Law LLP practices exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration law.  We focus upon providing attentive, individualized client service and legal expertise of the highest caliber.

Our attorneys are nationally-recognized experts in immigration law, with more than a century’s worth of collective experience in this area.  Additionally, Terri Senesac Miller and Charles M. Miller are both former employees of the legacy U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

Our areas of practice include H-1B and other nonimmigrant visa classifications, the PERM labor certification process, employment- and family-based permanent residence, and naturalization.

Our firm also has longstanding connections to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a bar association of over 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach U.S. immigration law.  Our attorneys have served on AILA’s National Board of Governors and on numerous AILA task forces and national committees.
